Modern Production Lines
We utilize automatic machines to maintain consistency and hygiene with minimal human contact (less human contact) for food safety. Our production lines are capable of producing wafer sticks (5mm-12mm diameter with dual-striping options), cream wafers with customizable cream-to-wafer ratio, and precision-cut products.

Controlled Environment Warehouse
Our warehouse features temperature and humidity control—critical for confectionery products where chocolate melts easily and wafers become stale quickly. We implement FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management for maximum efficiency and product freshness.

ISO 17025 In-House Laboratory
Our internal laboratory is capable of conducting physical tests (texture, color), chemical tests (moisture content, fat), and microbiology. With ISO 17025 accreditation, our testing capabilities are on par with international commercial laboratories. Clients can trust our Certificate of Analysis (CoA) without hesitation.

As a supplier to GarudaFood and Nabati, we are required to have a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) equivalent to HACCP/ISO 22000. Our proactive system prevents physical, chemical, and biological hazards at every stage of production.
